Neat Suites is hiring seasonal housekeepers to clean and prepare our premium vacation rental homes in Northern Kentucky (Covington & Williamstown areas).

If you’re looking for flexible, daytime work and a reliable way to earn extra income, this could be a great fit.

💰 What We Offer:
• $18 per hour
• 12-24 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling – pick up shifts that fit your availability
• Daytime hours usually 10:00a.m.-4:00p.m. (no late nights)
• Consistent work available April-October
• Positive, team-first environment

🧼 What You’ll Do:
• Clean and reset beautiful, well-maintained homes
• Follow a simple checklist to get homes guest-ready
• Work independently or with a small team

🏡 Our homes are premium vacation rentals, not standard apartments—clean, well-kept, and organized.

🚗 Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• A smart phone
• A clean background check
• Strong attention to detail

🚛 Now Hiring: Box Truck Delivery Driver (Williamstown, KY)

We’re Neat Suites—a vacation rental company serving guests visiting the Ark Encounter—and we’re hiring for both a full-time and a part time delivery driver to keep our properties stocked and running smoothly.

You’ll drive a 10 ft. box truck delivering linens and supplies to homes and transporting laundry to our facility. No CDL required—we’ll train the right person.

What we’re looking for:
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work independently
- Lives out values like humility, initiative, and clear communication

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $18-20 per hour based on experience.

Schedule:
- Full Time 30-40 Hours per week.
- Part Time 16-20 Hours per week.
- 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
- One weekend day required.
