Meet Sheana – Sales Strategist & Multitasking Maven at Academy Place

Born in Japan and raised in Hawaii, Sheana brings a worldly perspective and a sharp strategic mind to Academy Place. She relocated to Crested Butte during COVID to be closer to her mom—and found herself stepping into a role that blends big-picture thinking with behind-the-scenes precision.

As the mastermind behind sales processes, pricing strategies, and revenue management, Sheena helps position Academy Place for long-term success. “I really enjoy being part of a new development and growing alongside it,” she says. “It’s exciting to help shape something from the ground up.”

Outside of work, Sheana is a dynamic mix of sporty and soulful. A mom first and foremost, she also has a passion for horseback riding, skateboarding and fishing!
