🇺🇸 IMPORTANT JULY 4TH HOLIDAY WEEKEND NOTICE 🇺🇸

Please Note: This is Sundance Marina Campground OFFICIAL Business Page, where you will find Campground Rules, Pricing, Policies, Announcements, and other important information.

As we prepare for a very busy Independence Day weekend, we ask that all campers and visitors help us keep Sundance Marina a safe, enjoyable, and family-friendly place for everyone.

Please remember: these are just a few of our rules as a reminder!!!

• All campground rules and policies will be strictly enforced.
• NO FIREWORKS are permitted anywhere on Sundance Marina property.
• All guests must register and pay the $3.00 guest fee at the store before entering the campground. Registered campers are responsible for the actions of their guests at all times.
• No child or anyone without a valid driver’s license is permitted to operate a golf cart. Golf carts must be driven responsibly and obey all posted speed limits. The same rules apply for vehicles.
• All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and are not permitted to roam the campground or roadways. This has become a serious safety and liability concern for both people and pets.
• Please observe quiet hours and be respectful of your neighbors by keeping music and excessive noise to a minimum.
• Park only in designated areas and do not block roads or campsites. Do not park in someone else’s campsite.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
• Please dispose of all trash properly and help keep our campground clean.

🚤 Boat Slip Reminder

Please DO NOT park or tie your boat in a boat slip that has not been assigned to you.

If you have not paid for a boat slip, you are not permitted to occupy someone else’s slip at any time. Boat slips are reserved exclusively for the campers who have rented them. Unauthorized use of another guest’s boat slip or dry storage is not permitted and may result in immediate removal from the slip and/or additional action by campground management.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping make Sundance Marina Campground a safe, fun, and family-friendly place for everyone.

‼️IMPORTANT PET POLICY NOTICE‼️

To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests, we are reminding everyone of our campground pet rules.

All dogs must be kept on a leash and under the owner’s control at all times. Dogs must remain on the owner’s campsite and are not permitted to roam freely throughout the campground.

We have received numerous complaints regarding:

•Dogs roaming onto neighboring campsites.
•Dogs chasing or running after golf carts and vehicles.
•Dogs being allowed to roam in campground roads and common areas.
•Dogs entering other guests’ campsites and using the bathroom.
•Pet owners failing to pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.
•Dogs running toward or after guests who are walking through the campground.
•Dogs approaching, chasing, or disturbing other dogs that are properly leashed.

A growing concern is dogs roaming in campground roadways. Vehicles and golf carts travel through the campground regularly, and an unleashed dog in the road is at risk of being seriously injured. This creates a safety hazard not only for the pet, but also for drivers and other guests.

These ongoing issues have become a liability concern for the campground and can no longer go unnoticed or unaddressed. Pet policies are in place to protect everyone—guests, pets, and property—and compliance is expected from all pet owners.

Please remember:

•Dogs must be leashed whenever outside of your RV, camper, or campsite.
•Dogs must remain under the owner’s immediate control at all times.
•Pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly.
•Dogs are not permitted to roam freely through the campground, roadways, or onto other campsites.
•Owners are responsible for their pet’s behavior and actions at all times.

Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, loss of pet privileges, or removal from the campground.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep our campground safe, clean, and enjoyable for all guests.

* If Tenant/Guest damages Sundance property, Tenant/Guest are responsible, for expense to repair/replace damaged property!
* NO OPEN FIRES/BURNING, except in confined/protective Fire Pit!
* No person shall intentionally expose themselves, in any lewd manner, including nudity, and/or provocative/revealing swim wear!
* No person shall engage in fighting, violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior, and/or engage in any other activity, which violates the Penal Law!
* No person, under 21 years of age, shall possess/consume alcoholic beverages, and/or illegal drugs, within Sundance Marina property
* No person shall attempt to prevent employees, from performing their duties, by means of intimidation, physical force, or interference!
* Violation, of campground RULES, may be grounds for eviction!
* Violation of “expressly prohibited” rules shall be subject to immediate eviction!
* Anyone who is evicted is NOT entitled to a refund!
* Anyone who is evicted SHALL NOT be allowed in the campground again!

* PETS ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED IN SUNDANCE MARINA owned CABINS/LODGES, and SUNDANCE SWIMMING, FISHING and PIERS AREAS!

* PET OWNERS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE, for CLEANING UP AFTER THEIR PETS!

*Sundance Marina Lots, Cabins, Lodges, Boat Storage are WEEKEND - 30 DAY rentals/lease, only! (AVAILABLE extensions, restrictions apply, subject to rental increases)‼️
* Occupancy Approval is at the “SOLE DISCRETION”, of the Owners‼️
* SUB-LEASING IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED! NO EXCEPTIONS‼️
* ALL RENTALS SHALL be approved, by SUNDANCE MARINA OWNERS, ONLY‼️
* MANDATORY Fully executed Rental Application, including Credit Check, and Background Check, and Signed Sundance Marina Rules Notice are required, for rental approval‼️
* Rental Fees are subject to adjustments/increases, with 30 day written notice to existing Tenants‼️
* New Tenant applications DO NOT have right to assume any previous rental terms. And, are NOT guaranteed Right of Occupancy‼️
* ALL Sundance Lot / Cabin Rentals are calculated, upon individual basis, and subject to change, upon reevaluation, each 30 days‼️

* TENANTS WANTING TO SALE THEIR CAMPERS, and/or TRAILERS, LOCATED on SUNDANCE MARINA PROPERTY, SHALL NOTIFY SUNDANCE MARINA OWNERS, IN WRITING, OF THEIR INTENT TO PLACE CAMPER/TRAILER FOR SALE‼️
* TENANTS DO NOT HAVE AUTHORITY, and/or PERMISSION, to GUARANTEE FUTURE/CONTINUED OCCUPANCY ON SUNDANCE LOTS to PURCHASER.‼️
* TENANTS SHALL NOT QUOTE RENTAL FEES, WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO INCREASE, UNDER THE 30 DAY RENTAL POLICY‼️
* TENANTS SHALL NOT QUOTE ANY OCCUPANCY TERMS TO PURCHASERS‼️
* SELLERS of CAMPERS/TRAILERS HAVE NO AUTHORITY to QUOTE/NEGOTIATE, and/or SPEAK TO the TERMS and/or APPROVAL, of LOT/OCCUPANCY RENTALS!‼️
* SUNDANCE OWNERS WRITTEN APPROVAL, OF THE PURCHASERS, IS MANDATORY TO SALE CAMPERS/TRAILERS, IF THE PURCHASER REQUEST OCCUPANCY/TENANCY AT SUNDANCE MARINA!‼️
* IF CAMPERS/TRAILERS ARE SOLD, without the MANDATORY APPROVAL, of SUNDANCE MARINA OWNERS, the subject CAMPER/TRAILER is SUBJECT TO REMOVAL WITHIN 3O DAYS!‼️
* APPROVAL for OCCUPANCY, RENTAL FEES, and/or REQUIREMENTS for TENANT APPROVAL IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION, and AUTHORITY, of the SUNDANCE MARINA, INC. OWNERS!‼️
