* No person shall attempt to prevent employees, from performing their duties, by means of intimidation, physical force, or interference!

* Anyone who is evicted is NOT entitled to a refund!

I know we keep repeating ourselves on our rules, but we are still having issues with people parking wherever they feel the need to park! If you are having company, Please, only park in designated parking areas!!!!!

* If Tenant/Guest damages Sundance property, Tenant/Guest are responsible, for expense to repair/replace damaged property!

* No person shall intentionally expose themselves, in any lewd manner, including nudity, and/or provocative/revealing swim wear!
* No person shall engage in fighting, violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior, and/or engage in any other activity, which violates the Penal Law!
* No person, under 21 years of age, shall possess/consume alcoholic beverages, and/or illegal drugs, within Sundance Marina property
* No person shall attempt to prevent employees, from performing their duties, by means of intimidation, physical force, or interference!
* Violation, of campground RULES, may be grounds for eviction!
* Violation of “expressly prohibited” rules shall be subject to immediate eviction!
* Anyone who is evicted is NOT entitled to a refund!
* Anyone who is evicted SHALL NOT be allowed in the campground again!

* Occupancy Approval is at the “SOLE DISCRETION”, of the Owners‼️
* SUB-LEASING IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED! NO EXCEPTIONS‼️
* ALL RENTALS SHALL be approved, by SUNDANCE MARINA OWNERS, ONLY‼️
* MANDATORY Fully executed Rental Application, including Credit Check, and Background Check, and Signed Sundance Marina Rules Notice are required, for rental approval‼️
* Rental Fees are subject to adjustments/increases, with 30 day written notice to existing Tenants‼️
