Metanoia Cottage is j1/2 miles from the Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area, and only 1 mile from historic downtown Crosby, where you’ll find note-worthy restaurants, cafes, artisan ice cream, antiques, and gourmet provisions. Inside Metanoia Cottage you wi

ll find a pitched roof, shiplap finishes, and a cozy fireplace create a snug ambience, while large windows showcase the 300 feet of privacy fencing, providing a refuge for both you and your furry friend(s). The 1400 sq ft of living space is laid out over a single floor. Centered on the open-concept great room and large kitchen, the space comfortably sleeps six. Both bedrooms are artistically decorated and feature queen beds, fine linens, beautiful furniture and a large closet. The third (queen) bed can be pulled from the leather sofa in front of the cozy fireplace where you can recount the adventures of the day.

A year ago I had a dream and contracted some help (my Dad) to make it come to life. 😊

That’s the way it goes most of the time. It’s starts with, “Hey Dad, I have an idea…”

He agreed and we started to lay out the plan. I researched and sketched it out.

Metanoia Cottage started the same way. People say they love it because it doesn’t feel like another rental. That’s because it’s not. I love sharing it with people because it’s a dream come true. And after a year, the sauna build is complete.

Come relax, and take a deep breath. There is still good in the world and I’d love to share a little of it with you. 🙂
