Summer is here! The water is still a bit high as a result of the late season ice out, and the lots of rain the past month...the hope is for the lake level to lower back down to normal in 1-2 weeks time.

Still a couple spots open for the Peaceful Pines mid-week and a short weekend. If this works for your schedule awesome! Check out the listing on AirBnb or VRBO.

A few more traditionally desirable spots open for the Peaceful Pequot over in Pequot Lakes...week stays or long weekends. Also check us out there on AirBnb or VRBO.

If we know you and have a connection, send a note and we could likely do a direct booking to avoid the fees and service charges that the platforms have the guest pay...every little bit saved helps!

Soon the grass will be green and inviting, and the water clear warm and calm! Perfect nights for a fire with smores & great boating and swimming with your family during the day.

Or you could always just send the kids into town with Aunt & Uncle to get some ice cream while you sit in the comfy Adirondack chairs with a Blue Moon or Leinenkugel's in your hand in peaceful quite overlooking the lake!!!!

This post is a couple weeks late as ice fishing season has been over, but never a bad time to thank a group of fabulous guests for their stay with us at the Peaceful Pines! Rich and group celebrated his 75th birthday with us ice fishing, and also were our very first repeat group to stay with us!

We hope to to host many more repeat guests as connections are made, and their wonderful memories are always created anew!!! Thank you so much Rich & Vickie :-)

Personally the blue color paddle seems pretty great for a decoration piece on the wall....but it's not a done deal and decision made yet. Any others that should be put into the mix for consideration???

The last snow storm that came a few days ago brought a fair amount even more snow! Here's to hoping it is near the end of the snow and green grass is around the corner!

Oh, and if you like snowmobiling...the snow is still great right now on the trails !!!! Come before it all melts away :-)

The next big walleye or bass or bluegill is waiting to be caught right from the dock at the cabin this summer.....all you need to say is the magic words...."here fishy fishy fishy" !!!!!! Will you be the one to reel it in??? 😉

This medium small hill lakeside is a wonderful sledding hill for little ones, and the concrete steps off to the left of frame is great and easy access to walk onto the lake on foot!

Weekends are booked thru the middle of February, but availability after that! Reach out via message with any questions you may have, a little get away is here for you and your friends & family!!!!
