Congratulations Mike! It's always great to have you and your family here at Cuyuna Scout Camp. Thank you for all you do for our camps!

We are pleased to announce that Mike Kunkel has been chosen as Twin Valley Council BSA's "Volunteer of the Year"! Mike is a long-time board member and past Vice President of Properties. Mike has spent several hundred volunteer hours at Norseland Scout Camp and Cuyuna Scout Camp last year. Mike has been instrumental to the renovations at the Fireside Lodge at Norseland Scout Camp among many other camp projects. Congratulations Mike and thank you for your service to Scouting.

The Twin Valley Council BSA received a $26,000 memorial gift for Perry Bartell who was Scoutmaster for BSA Troop 4 Mankato in the 1960. This gift has been placed in the Twin Valley Council BSA's endowment fund and interest earned will help support Scouting programs and camps locally.

Twin Valley Council BSA has received a $26,000 donation in memory of Perry Bartell who was a past Scoutmaster for BSA Troop 4 Mankato, 1960 Silver Beaver recipient, and past Post Commander for American Legion Post 11 in 1959-1960. This money has been placed in our endowment fund with interest generating future support for Scouting.
