For this wedding, the Grand Gatherings team had the honor of providing the custom ceremony and reception florals, handcrafted ceremony cross, table linens, and décor to bring the couple's vision to life. From the first setup item to the final cleanup, we were there every step of the way, providing event coordination, setup, and cleanup services to ensure everything ran smoothly and stress-free for the bride and groom.

🌿✨ Wildflower dreams are heading out the door this weekend! ✨🌿

This gorgeous bridal bouquet is filled with the charm and whimsy of a summer meadow. Featuring coral dahlias, delicate feverfew, daisies, Queen Anne's lace, lavender, statice, phlox, and soft garden blooms, it has that freshly gathered, straight-from-the-field look that we absolutely love.

Every stem was carefully selected to create a bouquet that feels natural, romantic, and effortlessly beautiful—perfect for a bride who loves the timeless beauty of wildflowers.

We can't wait to see this bouquet make its way down the aisle as part of a very special wedding celebration this weekend! 💕💐

🚚🌸 A New Chapter for Grand Gatherings! 🌸🚚
This morning was a little bit like Christmas morning for us!

We are excited to share that we officially brought home a 1952 Ford F1 pickup truck that will soon become the centerpiece of a brand-new entrance sign for Grand Gatherings Event Rentals & Florals. Over the coming months, we'll be removing our current sign, placing this classic beauty in the flower bed at the shop, and installing a custom Grand Gatherings sign right in the truck bed for a truly eye-catching display.
Of course, this old truck won't stay green for long—we have plans to paint it in our signature Grand Gatherings coral and surround it with beautiful flowers and landscaping to create a welcoming and memorable first impression for our clients and visitors.

A huge thank you to Lynch's Auto Sales for safely hauling our prize on the 80-mile journey to its new home here in Crossville. We couldn't have done it without you!

We're already dreaming up all the possibilities and can't wait to share the transformation with you. Stay tuned for progress photos as we bring this vintage truck back to life and make it a unique part of the Grand Gatherings story.

🌿💍 A little rain wasn’t going to stop this beautiful celebration! 💍🌿

Today we had the honor of helping transform this gorgeous private property into a wedding ceremony and reception space for a very special couple. With those constant rain showers rolling through, we had to get a little creative to protect the ceremony florals until it was time for the bride to walk down the aisle—but that’s all part of making the magic happen! ☔🌸

There’s something so special about celebrating love at home, surrounded by nature, family, and the places that mean the most. We’re grateful to help bring wedding visions to life—rain or shine! 🤍

I’very been busy creating florals for next weekend’s weddings, and I absolutely love seeing these designs come together.

This collection features rich burgundy and soft blush blooms arranged in vintage pewter pitchers and platters for such a unique and timeless look. The mix of elegant florals with antique-inspired pieces creates the perfect romantic touch for wedding tables and décor. 💕
