Robert R. Hilger built the building at 311 NE 4th Avenue in the City of Crystal River-Government to serve the community, and he hopes to continue that legacy by selling to an established private entity that wants to provide inpatient recovery services for substance abuse and mental health.

In a time where our Nature Coast is rapidly disappearing due to development this is a situation where the building already exists and can begin saving lives tomorrow. While also creating approximately 30-40 high paying skilled jobs with an average salary of $58k a year. That is a significant economic impact in a county where the median income is $34k a year.
