All of the sudden we’re in the final stretch of August!

Kids are back in school, it’s still hot where you’re from, you want to escape but not feeling the busy resort towns…

Time for a quick trip to Cuchara, the quiet little mountain town that is still Colorado the way it used to be!

A week into August marks some changes and opportunities in Cuchara! Read to the end for a list of our availability.

If you can believe it, we’re about a week away from seeing our first hint of leaf changes 🍁 Almost to the date, August 15th is the first few yellow leaves. Don’t worry, we won’t see any real progression until we get into September. I’ll keep you posted on that.

We’re looking at big weather changes later in the week, promising cool days and rainy afternoons.

Then with kids going back to school, availability really opens up for your last minute escapes… but don’t wait! These vacancies will fill fast!
