🚨❄Winter Condition Report❄🚨

Mesa Verde National Park is open! After receiving several inches of snow yesterday road conditions are very icy, and Colorado Traction Law is in effect, and driving should be done cautiously. Please make sure your vehicle is compliant with the Traction laws before visiting the park. Non-compliant vehicles will not be allowed past the fee kiosk, just past the Visitor and Research Center. To see if your vehicle is compliant, check the Colorado Department of Transportation website here: https://www.codot.gov/travel/winter-driving/tractionlaw

Just a reminder to plan in advance for your summer trip to Mesa Verde! While many things are open, there are still various closures, advanced ticket purchases and other logistics to plan around.
