We are looking for a renter for our 1 Bedroom 1 Bath apartment. A full kitchen, spacious living room area with additional dining room table space, and a private entrance and non-guest laundry facilities offer a complete package for a long term rental.

Rent:
$1000/month and the ability to cover an agreed upon amount of front desk hours as needed per month. (There is reimbursement for hours worked as paid compensation.)

It is not a full time or fixed position at the motel, however it does allow the ability for payment compensation.
