amily reunions welcome. Each unit has a full kitchen, is furnished and equipped to be your home at the lake. Summer Activities: safe, sandy swimming beach with slide and raft, play fort and playground, basketball hoops, lawn games, volley ball, daily organized activities for all ages, paddle boats, kayaks and canoes for guests to use. Small fishing boats and 20 ft pontoons are available for rent. Championship Pine Ridge golf course is 4 miles away with many other golf courses within 30 minutes of SweetWater. Winter Activities available through December: 700 miles of snowmobile trails from our driveway, downhill skiing at SkiGull – 30 minutes away and groomed cross country skiing trails within 25 minutes.

Our grandson, Eli and his other grandparents (Jim and Julie) are visiting us. Tooday we all went to the Valley of Fire which is east of Las Vegas. Amazing color and rock formations. Definitely, well worth the trip.

OK, I hope this post launches this evening. The hotel we were at this morning had VERY POOR internet service. I tried 3 times to no avail.
So it look like spring has arrived at SweetWater Resort. Our picture of Fish Trap Lake was taken at 9:04 this morning, Sunday, April 30, 2023. It shows the remnants of ice crystals on our shore line so we declare ICE OUT officially happened April 30, 2023. Our winner of the Fish Trap Lake T-shirt is Andrew Knutson. Congratulations Andrew. Andrew, you can stop by the resort or get you contact information to us so we can get the shirt to you.
