Clemson, Furman and Travelers Rest nearby. Table Rock, Paris Mountain, Jones Gap and Caesars Head State Parks are close-by too. South Carolina Bed and Breakfast Association inspected. Our policy is 2 nights minimum. We highlight our Birds Nest Studio King above the Carriage House. The Birds Nest features a king bed, lounging area, wonderful panoramic mountain views, kitchenette, big screen TV, WiFi and a walk-in rain shower in a spacious bathroom. The Inn features two upscale king bedrooms. The Highland Coo room and La Tour Eiffel suite and each have great views and a luxury bathroom featuring a soaking tub and a walk-in rain shower.

Hello past guests and guests to be and followers; we've been distracted and consequently you've lacked updates. This Covid thing has been hard to deal with and SC State for a season ordered our business closed as it did for all B&B's and more. We're now open again and very mindful of continuing risks that we glean from our medical experts. All that said, and with a few exceptions, we are only offering our Birds Nest Studio King at this time given that it's adjacent to our Inn. We clean and clean so no worries there and we still offer our scratch gourmet breakfast as usual in the Inn with all hygiene suggestions complied with and more.

Ordinarily, we'd be promoting that we offer three themed rooms all with great front range panoramic mountain views. Please note all our rooms are reached by climbing stairs. We do our best to accommodate those with difficulties. Our Birds Nest Studio Loft above the Carriage House with extra privacy, king bed, lounging, views, walk-in rain shower, kitchenette, big screen TV is $185 per night for 2 guests booking. In the Inn, for 2 guests booking, we offer the Highland Coo Room for $170.00 per night and La Tour Eiffel Suite for $180.00 per night. Each space comes with a king bed, luxury bathroom with soaking tub and a large walk-in rain shower and a shared refrigerator adjacent to the stairs. A wholesome crafted breakfast is served in the Inn each morning. Please choose a room, request your dates, provide your email address and we'll send you a PayPal invoice if we have availability. Single night booking requests are only considered in the week before the date requested. With payment we block our calendar and confirm to you your reservation. Thank you, safe travels. M&J

Ps. Check-in is ordinarily between 4PM and 9PM day of arrival and check-out is by 11AM day of departure. All our spaces are no pets, no smoking, no candles and no incense. Thank you.

Thursday Feb 6th - the Creek is normally at the tree line. 10" of rain over 6 hours!!! Glad the Inn is 80 feet higher up.

Come visit our Scottish European themed Bed & Breakfast. Welcome! We’re a request to book establishment. Please email us at [email protected] and provide your names and dates and preferred king room. Please note all our rooms are reached by climbing stairs. We do our best to accommodate those with difficulties. Most of our reservations are for Friday and Saturday night. Ordinarily we ask for two nights minimum stay. Sometimes we do, on request, release rooms for single night reservations, but only in the week leading up to the weekend. To complete a booking we send you a PayPal invoice and following payment we confirm the booking and block our calendar .

Expect to enjoy, panoramic mountain views (some low cloud days hinder), hospitality, relaxation, comfort, sunsets and a wholesome crafted breakfast.

We’re just 14 miles from vibrant Greenville, SC with Furman and Travelers Rest nearby. Table Rock, Jones Gap and Caesars Head State Parks are close-by too. The very popular “The Swamp Rabbit Trail” for cyclist, runners and walkers is easily reached connecting Travelers Rest via Furman University with downtown Greenville. Clemson University is a quick 30 minutes drive away for parents visiting their student and for Tigers football fans.
