We stopped in at Jim’s Pharmacy and found this honey from New Water Farms. Let me tell you it is delicious!!!!
No bitterness, just sweet goodness. Has a flavor much like Tupelo Honey.

This was a dirt dauber’s nest. When it fell to the ground and broke open, there were lots of spiders in it. A friend that lives nearby explained to me that they put a spider in with the larvae so that the larvae has something to eat. All the years I’ve been alive and I never knew this. 🤷‍♀️

We are doing our best to selectively cut trees so that when the campground opens it will still feel like being in nature. good times on the lake and good times at the campground.

So we took a few more trees down for the power poles to be installed. It sure breaks my heart to cut any of them down. It’s a must do though.
