Indian Hills Boutique Motel
Indian Hills Boutique has been designed with a mid century modern décor to bring back it’s original glory of the 1960’s. Think Route 66 in it's hey day, when families loved touring America by car. It has just been fully restored into a 12 suite motel, really an Airbnb with online check in and access.
Each suite is thoughtfully designed to fit a range of guests’ needs. All have private entrances, with exception to the master suite connecting to the common gathering area. Suites are available with a king, some with foldout twin; or 2 queens and a bunk; 2 queens or 1 queen. All have a bistro table and chairs; 2 with a full kitchen, 4 with a wet bar, 3 with coffee bars
The common gathering area has an expansive kitchen, dining and living area. Original picture windows view the front and back. Off this room there is a 16’x16’ deck for all to relax and have morning coffee, or a beverage at sunset. Another deck in front, next to the future butterfly garden, is a great place to relax in the morning and feel the new day’s sun. Enjoy the woods? We have 5+ acres of trees with a 1 mile technical trail and .5 mile gentle trail for running, meandering and mountain biking.
Dahlonega is in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountain, a 1 hour 15 minute drive from Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport. Most of Georgia's best wineries are within a few minutes; Amicalola Falls State Park, home to tallest falls E of the Mississippi and approach trail to the start of the Appalacian Trail; Jake and Bull Mtn, arguably the best mountain biking trails in all of North Georgia; Dahlonega's Historic Square; wedding chapels; Iron Mountain ATV Park, all within a 12 minute drive!
