4- Payments are made through Venmo (@NGPR1234) or FB pay (Luz Cuty Marquez) or check or cash. Electronic payments are preferred and easiest, we find.

5- ALL our campers have cold ac, heat, work on a minimum of 30 amps, fridge, some have showers/toilets, and are sent out completely stocked with all kinds of stuff, like eating supplies (dishes, cups, bowls, eating utensils), new iron cast pans, gridles and pots, cooking and grilling utensils, a gas grill, fan, outdoor rug, chairs, cleaning supplies, coffee pots, toasters, propane tanks, even a fist aide kit (cause boo-boos happen).

6- Extra services: We can deliver, set up and take down your popup for you for $75.00 or you can pick it up from our facility off 400 North at no charge. If you choose for us to set up, we need your campground, lot and date to deliver and pick up. If you choose to haul popup from our facility, please allow yourself about an hour to show you the ways of a popup" and answer any questions. We also rent generators (if you go primitive), hitch balls (if you need one, 2" required), and can lend you coolers, plugs, extension cords at no charge).

7- Inclement Weather: Your reservation money will be refunded if inclement weather threatens your trip. A little rain is NOT considered inclement weather. No worries, we do not want our campers out in the elements in tornado watches, etc. Our campers are sealed and water proof.

8- Check your vehicle's towing capacity. Our smallest campers are about 1500lbs up to about 2700lbs for the largest campers. You can haul your popup with a minivan, an SUV, a pickup truck, but NOT with your huskies or reindeer!!!

9- We are the ONLY camper rental company that allows you to bring your pet for a ONE TIME fee of $25. We have dogs and they love being out camping, so we want your fur babies to experience that too and leaving them behind causes stress and is more expensive than the pet fee we charge. We only ask you keep them off the beds.

10- We are regular people with busy lives. Our little Popup Empire consists of a firefighter and his lovely lady (a local hospital worker) with kids and as you can imagine, this is a very busy time for us. Messenger is usually faster for me to answer, but we will answer calls (470-239-1239) and emails ([email protected]) as we can. We will work with your schedule as best we can. For example, if you are picking up a trailer from us and need to leave to your trip early in the morning, contact us so we can arrange you picking up the camper the previous night at no charge. Also, we will (good-faith) lend you supplies you might need.
