Plan 7500 is a preliminary design I created a few years ago and it's an expanded, improved version of a home I designed and built in Keller, Texas last decade. This expanded version is available to be fully produced in 3D Autocad software. Throwback Thursday - 1985 - This is a luxury patio home we designed and built for a family in our 135 lot development, Towne Park, which was located in Irving, Texas. The old world style designer home featured 2714 air-conditioned square feet.

Throw Back Thursday - This a home we designed and built for clients in University Hills, Las Colinas back in 1981. Jerry and Shlomit still live in the home after all these years.

Throw Back Thursday - This is the 3rd home we built, which was a build-to-suit on 7 acres in Southlake Texas. The year was 1978 and land in Southlake could be purchased for around $3000 an acre.
