Exciting growth is coming to the heart of downtown Dallas, Georgia.
In partnership with the Dallas Downtown Development Authority, plans are underway for a transformative mixed-use development that will bring together modern living, local dining, shopping and engaging public spaces—all within a walkable downtown destination.
The vision for this project stems from the City of Dallas’ Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) study, which was shaped by extensive community input and conversations about the future of downtown. Through that process, residents shared a desire to see more restaurants, retail opportunities and places to gather and enjoy downtown beyond traditional business hours—including a stronger nightlife presence.
This development is a reflection of that vision, creating new opportunities for people to live, dine, shop, gather and experience downtown Dallas in new ways.
The four-story residential community is planned to include 280 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes. Residents will enjoy an elevated collection of amenities, including a boutique-style swimming pool, modern fitness center, sky lounge and convenient dog-wash station.
Approximately 20,000 square feet of commercial space will create new opportunities for restaurants, retailers and local businesses while contributing to the continued energy and growth of downtown Dallas.
At the center of the development, a new public village green—brought to the community by the City of Dallas—will feature an outdoor amphitheater and performance stage. This welcoming gathering place will provide a vibrant setting for concerts, community celebrations and events under the stars.
Together, the residential, commercial and public spaces are designed to create a more connected, walkable downtown experience and support the community’s desire for more places to eat, shop, gather and enjoy time in downtown Dallas.
A future phase is also planned to introduce 14 modern townhomes, further expanding the variety of residential opportunities within the development. The townhomes will not deliver alongside the initial apartment phase.
TRG Residential will lead construction of the residential development, while Penn Hodge Properties will oversee the commercial component.
The community’s official name, groundbreaking timeline and pre-leasing information will be announced as plans progress.
