Congratulations to Greenbrier Development, BRP Senior Housing Management, and the Green Cay Life Plan Village team on breaking ground at The Winsberg at Green Cay, a $380 million, 220-residence senior living community in Boynton Beach, FL, opening Fall 2028. Even before construction started, more than 70% of the independent living residences were already under contract!

Green Grass Studios was proud to support that pre-sales effort with marketing renderings, unit tours, and an amenity tour that helped future residents picture their new home before the shovel hit the ground. Congrats to the whole team on this milestone!

Our Vista Point at Fairview rendering recently landed in the Hartford Courant alongside coverage of the community’s waterfront expansion in Groton, Connecticut. Now under construction, Fairview is nearly tripling in size and will soon be one of the largest CCRCs in the state.

Congratulations to Fairview on breaking ground at Vista Point! With river-view decks, an art studio, walking trails, and 136 future residents already committed, this waterfront expansion is off to an incredible start.

Green Grass Studios partnered with the development and design teams to create the marketing imagery, interactive tour, and brand film that helped future residents see what’s ahead. We were thrilled to collaborate with Greystone, 828 Interior Design, AgePop Marketing, and Fairview to bring the vision for Vista Point to life. The result was a first look at a community where active retirement living, access to care, and everyday experiences come together on a scenic campus along the Thames River.

Set across 1,380 acres in Celina, Ramble is a community shaped by its natural surroundings, where mature trees, winding trails, and a four-mile greenbelt define a more connected way of living.

To tell Ramble's story, we partnered with Anderson Hanson Blanton and Hillwood Communities to create a brand film and marketing renderings that capture the spirit of the community.
