🎄 A quick heads-up on the holiday schedule.

We're getting close to that time of year when everybody suddenly realizes Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming.

As of today, I have:

📅 October — 5 days available
📅 November — 8 days available
📅 December — 9 days available

I work Monday through Thursday, one job a day. Fridays are for quotes, and I don't work weekends.

If you’d like to get your floors cleaned and polished before Thanksgiving or Christmas, now would be a good time to get it scheduled.

Once those days are filled, that’s it for the year!

I've updated the pricing for my hardwood floor maintenance services.

📢 These are the prices for all customers, new and existing, effective immediately. (If you are currently on my schedule, the price you were quoted remains the same for this service.)

🧹 Deep Clean & Spray Buff: Starting at $1.00 per square foot

✨ Traditional Paste Wax & Polish: Starting at $1.10 per square foot

⚠️ Please note: Touch-ups, color correction, stain blending, and other corrective work are not included in standard maintenance pricing and are quoted separately based on the extent of correction needed.

🔄 Recurring client discount: If I maintain your floors again within a 12 month period, you'll receive 10% off the regular price.

📍 Minimum charges:
• $350 within 20 miles of McKinney
• $400 for 21–35 miles
• Over 35 miles — let's discuss your project

I've been maintaining wood floors for a long time, and I'm still doing what I've always done — taking care of the floor you have instead of automatically telling you it needs to be sanded and refinished.

I'd hurt my back about 5 weeks ago and missed 3 weeks of work.

I've been polishing the floors for this client in the text that you see, every 6 months for 3O years, without fail.

He was the first missed job after I'd hurt it and I told him I'd let him know when I was back at it.
