The Black Cadillac Margarita is a SĒR staple, crafted with Código 1530 Reposado Tequila, Grand Marnier, lime, agave and charcoal. Bold, distinctive and unmistakably at home 27 floors above Dallas.
For something a little sweeter, our 3831 German Chocolate Cake pays homage to a dessert with deep ties to Dallas. A recipe published locally in 1957 helped turn German Chocolate Cake into the American classic we know today. At SĒR, our interpretation pairs rich Valrhona Caräbe ganache with coconut-pecan filling, bringing a SĒR point of view to a piece of Dallas culinary history.
We’re raising a glass, and a fork, to the flavors that have become part of the SĒR story. ✨
