The George Farmhouse Lovely early 1900's farmhouse, sleeps nine comfortably, located near the Dan River and Hanging Rock. The property boasts a little over a mile of river frontage.

We have been in business since 2014 and are here to help you have a fantastic StoCo experience! Constructed in the early 1900's and homeplace to four generations of the George family, The George Farmhouse is located at the foot of the glorious Sauratown Mountains, more specifically, Moore's Wall and Hanging Rock. Just minutes away from numerous area attractions, the George Farmhouse offers patrons

a clean and safe environment to retire of the day or night. The farm itself is an actual working farm with cattle and horses, visible from the house! There will be tractors from time to time and people working around the area. A great place to lounge on the front porch and watch the world go by with Moore's Wall as the back drop.

We had the privilege to host one of my best friends and her husband this weekend at the Farmhouse. They enjoyed a tour of the property, river time, a visit to Priddy's General Store, and a trip to the best authentic Mexican restaurant around, Lunas Mexican Kitchen . We cant wait to have them back again!
