As summer is quickly approaching and everyone is gearing up for camping season, we wanted to post an update in regards to our availability and how things work here at Overlook RV Park.

• We do NOT offer any nightly rentals
• We are a long term campground, offering annual leases, only
• We are a recreational campground, you may not reside at our park
• We do have a waiting list at this time
• We honor our waiting list on a first come, first serve basis. If you're interested in a spot in our park, we suggest you call today to get your name added to the list as you can expect to be on our waiting list for 12-15 months from the time you're added

If you have any other questions or want to be added to our waiting list, please call or text 865-440-9850 and leave your name, phone number, email address, and the year, size and model of your RV.
