We ate at Southbound Restaurant & Bar not once but TWICE last week. It was a hit. My fried shrimp were cooked perfectly and the crab claws were fantastic. Great food, great service, generous portions, and a fair price. 🍤🍤🦀🦀

We had a fantastic experience renting a golf cart through Dauphin Island Rent and Roll this weekend. Our cart was in excellent condition, and they delivered right to our home. Impeccable service, timely communication, and a great rental rate. We highly recommend!!

If you love antiques and architectural salvage, make the short drive to Charles Phillips Antiques and Architecturals in Theodore, AL. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to wander several warehouse-style metal buildings. Doors, textiles, k***s, glass, furniture—there is something unique around every corner!

Have you tried Sugar Rush Donuts Dauphin Island yet? They are fantastic! Great selection, delicious donuts, and fast, friendly service. Be the hero and bring some home to the family. Or treat yourself with a donut and a delicious coffee with a view of the marina. Located in the same structure as Capt'n Snapper's Marina Bar & Grill. My favorite was the chocolate glazed-it’s heavenly!

How exciting! We have a sea turtle nest just west of the neighborhood so please keep an eye out as you walk the beach. And remember, “do not disturb.” 😊🐢
