What a way to hit a 1k followers here on Facebook, with another mega review for one of our homes!

This is one of the best 4 bed homes available on the gated community of Watersong, close to Davenport, but still within about 15 miles of Disney!

We feature a large, recently completed pool and spa, outdoor TV, large, spacious areas inside with recently purchased bedroom suites, a great kitchen full of appliances!

The New Woodlands Villa sits at the side of our other home Watersong Heights, on South Facing Plots, right in the middle of the resort, 10 minutes gentle stroll from the clubhouse and its many facilities!

Had a wonderful 3 weeks at the property. Spotless rooms and well thought out. Super comfy beds. Pool and spa were perfect temperature in the Florida summer which we were unsure about before we went, thinking it would be to cold but definitely not.. just perfect. Hosts were lovely and dealt with any issues promptly. The property was alot bigger than we thought and was ideal for us with everything you need and more.Highly recommend. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was lovely and perfect for our needs. All listed amenities were available and Adrian, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this house to others looking for a vacation rental in the Davenport area!"
