Welcome to our spacious and inviting 7 bedrooms, 5 bathroom home located in the prestigious ChampionsGate Resort. It has incredible community amenities and checks the box for anyone looking to mix relaxation with fun at the parks and golf courses. We chose this house because of its proximity to the parks, golfing and it is walkable to Oasis Clubhouse. The clubhouse provides access to a lazy river, water slides, kids splash pad, adult pool, movie theater, gym, video arcade, and restaurant/bar.

Our home features two spacious living room areas for whole families to gather and relax or separate the kids and adults if you prefer that! Downstairs there is a large seating area with a 75" 4k Roku smart tv to watch your favorite shows or movies. The upstairs living room has two 60" TVs next to each other with one having an Xbox one and the other having a PS4 to play your favorite games. Our thematic game room, equipped with a pool table, poker table, and foosball table, is perfect for children and adults alike.

Our seven bedrooms can comfortably sleep up to 20 people in our four king-size bedroom suites, all featuring an attached bathroom. The other three bedrooms have two full-size beds and are themed. The themed rooms are Finding Nemo, Star Wars, and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. All seven bedrooms feature wall-mounted LED TVs and comfortable mattresses.

Our beautifully designed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is ideal for entertaining large families and groups. The breakfast bar for four and a dining area for 10 allows you to treat both large and small parties in style.

After a busy day, find time to unwind on our fully enclosed patio complete with pool, hot tub, and 50" outdoor tv. The terrace contains a six-piece table set, four lounge chairs with cushions, and five person conversation piece. *Please note to add pool, and Spa Heat is $30 a day.

Vacations should be comfortable for the whole family! We provide a portable playpen, high chair, swing, and booster seat for families traveling with young children.

So expect the best service vs. dealing with a large vacation rental company with hundreds of homes where you can get lost in the shuffle.
