Things to do in Orlando

Restaurant recommendation!

🍽️ One of our favourite nights out in Winter Garden! 🍸

We’re often asked by our guests, “Where would you recommend for a good night out?” — so here’s one of our favourite combinations! 😋

Start with dinner at Chef’s Table at the Edgewater. Great food, a lovely atmosphere and the perfect excuse to put on something slightly smarter than your usual holiday shorts! 😂🍷

Once you’ve eaten your way through the menu, take a stroll down to Pilars Martini & Loft for cocktails, music and a fantastic atmosphere. 🍸🎶

And don’t worry… you can always blame us when that “just one drink” somehow turns into three! 😉

📍 Downtown Winter Garden
🍽️ Chef’s Table → 🍸 Pilars

From all of us at Ultimate Stateside Accommodation, this is definitely one to add to your Florida holiday list! 🌴☀️🇺🇸

🏡 **Self-managing your Florida holiday home or using a property management company?**

When you own a holiday home in Florida, managing it yourself can seem like the easiest way to save money. And for some owners, it works really well.

But there's a lot more to it than just taking bookings.

From replying to guest messages and arranging cleaning, to dealing with maintenance issues, pool problems and those unexpected calls when something goes wrong — it can quickly become a full-time job, especially when you're living thousands of miles away.

That's where having a good, reliable property management company can make a real difference.

A good management team takes care of the day-to-day running of your home, keeps an eye on the property, looks after your guests and is there when you can't be. It gives you peace of mind knowing someone local is looking after your investment.

At Ultimate Stateside Accommodation, we believe property management should be personal. We work closely with our owners, take care of the details and treat every home as if it were our own.

Of course, self-managing might be right for you. But if you'd rather spend your time enjoying Florida rather than worrying about your holiday home, we're here to help. ☀️🇺🇸

📩 Thinking about changing your management company or want to find out more about how we can help? Get in touch — we'd love to have a chat.

🚨 FIRE ALARM SAFETY — IT’S MORE THAN JUST THE BATTERY! 🚨

A new home under the care of USA and some checks highlighted some serious issues.

Did you know most smoke alarms have a recommended lifespan of around 10 years?

A yearly check shouldn’t just mean testing the battery. The age, condition and operation of the alarm itself are equally important.

🏡 At Ultimate Stateside Accommodation, checking the batteries, condition and age of every fire alarm is an essential part of our annual safety checks across all our vacation homes.

✅ Tested
✅ Batteries checked
✅ Age checked
✅ Replaced when needed

Because guest safety isn’t something we take chances with. ❤️

Ultimate Stateside Accommodation — your safety is our priority.
