We just spent a small fortune on something no guest will ever see. 😂 After discovering issues with our ductwork, we replaced the entire system. Not exactly a glamorous upgrade, but it means better airflow, more consistent temperatures, and a more comfortable stay.

Sunset Villa isn’t just another Airbnb. It’s a home we personally enjoy, care for, and continuously invest in so our guests can enjoy it, too.

We have had several new followers, so we thought we’d share a bit about us and how Sunset Villa came to be!

We are a Disney loving family of four and we dreamed about having a home near the parks for years. After moving from the Philadelphia area to Syracuse, NY for Steve’s career, we made our dream come true knowing we’d need breaks from the long, brutal winters.

Sunset Villa is truly our home and not just an investment property like most rentals in the area. We visit often and make sure the villa always meets our standards. Therefore, when staying at Sunset Villa, you can find comfort in knowing you’ll be vacationing at a home that is well cared for and offers everything a family could need.

We strive to keep Sunset Villa updated and comfortable as it’s not just a vacation rental, but it’s our home that we share with others. So when we visit, not only do we complete regular maintenance and any necessary repairs, but we often add new touches. This visit we added convenient bamboo armrest trays, plus a workstation area with ample outlets for all your devices! We want Sunset Villa to not only be our home, but your home away from home!

Shout out to our eldest son, Bradley (11), for assembling the desk chair all by himself!
