Today is the 10th anniversary of closing on our beautiful Sunset Vista villa. I (Dave) was celebrating my birthday in Javea when the call came through to say it was now officially our home from home.

We are so grateful to have been able to own this amazing home and share it with family, friends and guests as well as spend many holidays here over the years. Heidi and I are looking forward to coming back with our grown up children this autumn/fall, all together for the first time since 2018.

Here's a pic from the day we closed, the big palm tree next to the driveway is long gone and the small one in the lawn is now a lot bigger.

Thanks to all our guests, and here's to another 10 years🤞❤️

Spooky season is officially underway at Magic Kingdom. August 7th = Halloween. And why not? 🎃👻

If you’re going to the party and looking for accommodation, we have some availability:

October 6th to 13th - 7 nights
October 25th onward, catch the last few parties including Halloween night!

While you’re there, catch Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios, that starts in just 3 weeks
