WE SOLD OUR HOME IN MARCH 2021 We are Sandra & Jai Mandalia. We had our home built after falling in love with all things Florida.

We have 3 boys, Arun, Ryan and Kyle which is where the Arkvilla name came from, it's our boy's initials

Everything in our home has been hand picked for your comfort and enjoyment so that you can enjoy a wonderful stay in Arkvilla. We have many repeat guests which is proof to us that we are doing something right - our home is our pride and joy and we are delighted to share it with you.
