Arkvilla WE SOLD OUR HOME IN MARCH 2021 We are Sandra & Jai Mandalia. We had our home built after falling in love with all things Florida.

We have 3 boys, Arun, Ryan and Kyle which is where the Arkvilla name came from, it's our boy's initials

Everything in our home has been hand picked for your comfort and enjoyment so that you can enjoy a wonderful stay in Arkvilla. We have many repeat guests which is proof to us that we are doing something right - our home is our pride and joy and we are delighted to share it with you. After 15 years of owning our beautiful Florida home, today we closed on it's sale.

We have had many wonderful guests over the years and made proper friendships and shared special times there with our loved ones.

We would like to thank everyone who supported and encouraged us along the way, also the many people who have liked and shared our page and recommended Arkvilla.

It has truly been a blessing to share our home with all of you.

A big thank you to Stuart from :- Florida Ideal Vacation Homes and Management for looking after our home over the years and especially recently when we have had so much for you to do in our absence. You are a star Stuart.

We hope that the new owner knows how lucky he is.
