This Luxury Villa In Davenport Orlando. Is a 4 bedroom home, with two double en-suite rooms a twin room and a triple room with a shared family bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TV and plenty of closet & drawer storage.
Caroline & Andy, invite you to look through our photos. Every year we make some upgrades, replace items and keep the home looking lovely. Already since December 2015, the home has has all new TVs, bedding & towels, a complete interior repaint and new flooring throughout. Upgrades to bedrooms, furniture and general decor. Two new bathrooms have been refitted all showers are dual headed.
The house includes a spacious lounge with Flat screen TV, DVD and Cable TV.
The home also includes WiFi, and a games console with a selection of games.
The large kitchen & dining area is both light and spacious, comfortably seating 8 at the table. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes Fridge/Freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. There is a separate laundry room with washer & dryer, ironing board & iron
The garage is converted into a fun Games room with its own A/C and includes table football, basket ball net, and pool table.
Outside there is a good size pool, which is facing east. Its gets the sun for the majority of the day. The Pool area has plenty of space to swim or relax on the deck. The pool area & pool can bit lit up at night to enjoy its all day long. Its covered with a net Cage to keep out bugs and leaves. There is also lanai for shade from the hot Florida sun.
This home supplies all bed linen and towels.
Situated just 16 miles from Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom Car park), Other Major Theme Parks similar distances. Just off the Highway 27 and just a few miles or so from I-4 and 192
Plenty of local shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Great if you have a love of the outdoors just 15 minutes from lake Louisa a state park, with bike riding and plenty of outdoor activities.
If you love golf we are just minutes from various golf courses including Champions Gate and a short drive to Reunion.
