Access upon arrival at the Villa was a breeze, and the Villa was perfect and of excellent quality, exactly as described and per the photos. Set in a quiet neighbourhood with gated entry (always a security guard at the gate). Rooms were spacious, well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Loved the pool, although being late April I would advise having the pool heating. Also loved the games room, although the pool table could do with being levelled up. Would we stay there again? Anthony ( the owner) ,responded quickly to any queries. The pool area was fantastic and was well used by both adults and children. We were a multigenerational group and it worked well for grandparents to have downstairs bedroom and the parents and children the upstairs. Check in at the resort reception was quick and easy. From the moment we booked, Sharon was incredibly helpful, responsive and professional, making the whole experience smooth & stress free, and support continued throughout our stay & nothing was too much trouble.

The Villa was spotless, thanks to the cleaning team, and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing time away from the parks. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect place to unwind after hectic days in the parks.

We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and tranquil getaway with exceptional service from Sharon & her team. Can’t wait to be back. Date of stay: 03/05/2026 The Golden Girls from England.

Tuscan Hills is a lovely small gated community with Rosana's Retreat villa situated in a cul-de-sac not far from the entrance gate. On entrance to the villa it was well presented, the kitchen is well equipped with everything need. The pool and pool area was perfect for outside living with a nice table and chairs and sun loungers. The bedrooms were all finished to a high standard. There are beach chairs and parasols in the garage for use, which were perfect for days out on the beach. The villa is so close to everything and easy to arrange Ubers if you don’t want to drive.BBQ and pool toys made the stay extra special- being able to chill with family after walking round the parks was a great way to end the day. https://www.vr360homes.com/p853.html Review: Amazing family Villa. We had such a wonderful time during our 3 week stay. The property is extremely spacious with all the amenities you require. The owners Susan and Alan were amazing throughout and were very approachable, they were happy to answer any questions we had and promptly acted on anything we required. The new bbq was great and we enjoyed many an evening around the pool. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. All the bedrooms were extremely comfortable and the living area was spacious with ample room for us and more. Towels are provided for both bathing and for the pool area which was ideal and stress free as we didn’t need to bring any with us. The location was perfect for all our Disney/Universal trips with just a 30 min drive to the parks and we would definitely stay here again. So we have just returned home from our wonderful holiday and a second stay in Sharon and Alex’s fantastic villa. From the second we walked through the front door it was exactly as we remembered it and we were “home”. It was spotlessly clean, SO comfortable, equipped with everything we needed ( and even things we didn’t know we needed until we saw them) and much much more. The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole house was somewhere our whole family could enjoy and relax after long Park Days. The pool and outlook was the star of it all. Seeing so much wildlife was really magical. A family of deer in your “back yard” is so special. Finally but most importantly was dealing with Sharon. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to make our stay the best. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Already planning our next trip! https://www.vr360homes.com/p8529.html Review: Excellent 4 week stay. Had a lovely time at this villa. Tuscan Ridge is so quiet it’s hard to believe that you are only minutes away from the main highway and attractions. Supermarkets are also very close which is very handy.

Nick from Sungrove Villas provides all the information you need well in advance and is always very quick to get back to you should you need to ask him anything at all.

On entering the villa it was so welcoming, well maintained and clean just as described. It was well equipped should you want to cook. There are plenty of towels etc also,
We have been to Tuscan Ridge a number of times and this is the best yet for us!

Book it you won’t be disappointed.
