Hello all followers and past guests. We hope this post finds you all well.

We have owned our Florida home for 22 years now and have loved both using it and letting it out to our family and friends for their visits to the Sunshine state☀ and Mickey Mouse!😂

We have come to a time in our lives when we have decided that it is the right time to hand over to new owners. We sold the villa on 21st June, 2023. The new owners are a Canadian family who, like us, wish to have a bolt hole in Florida whilst continuing to rent it out. They are taking over all of our bookings and will be using the same management company as we have used which should give a seamless transition.

Hello everyone
We are pleased to let you know that our villa survived hurricane Ian! The only damage sustained was to one pool screen which has now been fixed. We consider ourselves very lucky and our thoughts are with those who were not so lucky. ☀️😎

Hello everyone,

Just to let you all know that we have been unable to take bookings during the COVID19 short term rentals ban in Florida.

We are now pleased to say that POLK County have submitted their safety plan and we can now take bookings again.

We look forward to helping you plan your Florida vacations.

We had a fantastic two weeks in Florida with the villa as a base. The villa was everything we wanted, good size rooms which are air conditioned and a lovely pool to swim in day or night. Good outside sheltered area to sit in as well as loungers to soak up the sun.
The villa is well located to get to Tampa bay in the west & Kennedy space centre in the east (within an hours Drive) and all the theme parks which are central (within less than 30 mins Drive). There are lots of good places to eat nearby, we used many of them.
The washing machine and tumble dryer make it easier to travel lighter.
The villa is well equipped to keep the kids amused with a pool table, table tennis and table football.
The villas owners are thoughtful and left laminated instructions for the use of equipment and rang once during the stay to ensure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we had.
We had a lovely stay.

The En-suite in the Main Master Bedroom has twin basins, a huge shower, a massive bath and a door through to a separate WC.
