We now have December 28th '25 to February 3rd 2026 available should anyone be looking for late availability. Happy to look at possible reduced nightly rental rates to fill these dates.

Another upgrade to the villa now completed - new kitchen with lovely quartz worktops + new oven and microwave.

There is very little availability left for this year but 2025 isn't too bad at the moment. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you're planning a holiday to the Disney area of Florida.

Pleased to report as well that Hurricane Milton did minimal damage.

Another great review - this time from a guest who stayed at the villa in February '23.

Excellent location for getting about to Disney, Cape Kennedy, Melbourne Beach, Blue Springs and Busch Gardens. We will be back in 2026. Mr Eyre (Sheffield)
