5 Star Villa

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The pool was warm, the patio around the pool was enjoyable. Everything was all we could ask for. We felt the home was definitely been cared for. The hosts were very accessible if we had questions. We would stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you

Back in 2017 we had a young rookie picher stay here for about two weeks. Today he's a major NBL picher and his reported income this year has been reported as $18,000,000. So happy to have had him and his family stay then and so happy to see his great success.

Thinking about going to Disneyworld this year, we'll it's time to look here for one of the nicer and reasonable places to stay. And ofcourse it has its own pool for you children to use while you relax.

We are filled for most of this upcoming winter with only a few weeks open. And if your thinking about next summer, we are also getting reservations for spring 2025. Time to start looking and get booked now.

"My family and I stayed at this wonderful vacation home while we were in Orlando. The kids loved the pool, and spent most of their time swimming and splashing in the warm water. We loved the close proximity to many restaurants and shops. Everything was clean and handy, and it truly felt like a home away from home."

Another recent review from one of our guests after awarding our home with a 5 star rating: Lovely property. Ideal location next to shops, bars and restaurants. Good communication with hosts even though we had an issue with our phones whilst there. Unbelievably good value compared to other properties in the area. Was the most reasonable by far. Had everything we needed and was cosy and comfortable. Would book again in a heartbeat.

We just had an opening from March 13th through March 21st due to a recent cancellation. This is opening is during the prime spring break time in March.

Received this comment from a recent guest, "Lee and Kae were fabulous hosts. a few small issues that we had Lee was willing to come over and fix. It wasn’t necessary, but it was great that he always got back to me via email quickly. The house was perfect for us; exactly the right size comfortable and we loved the Christmas decorations. Being able to come home and jump into a warm pool was just great. The area was amazing as well. The Publix was in walking distance. There was a Starbucks right there and an IHOP. If we didn’t feel like cooking it was perfect. It was closer to Disney than Universal, but the universal Drive wasn’t bad. I will suggest if you’re using your GPS to go longer distance and take the back roads and not go down the main drag. It was just a less stressful drive and it only added maybe 2-5 minutes to our drives. We 50,000,000% recommend!! Jen, Scott and Henry

Here is a post that guests in their review several days ago. "Clean and well equipped property
This is a lovely house, clean and well equipped. The pool is fantastic, still warm for evening dips. The beds are very comfy with fans and AC in each room. The main bedroom has a good sized en suite and a walk in wardrobe, plus loads of storage areas. Great kitchen with all the equipment and utensils you need. The utility room (garage) has good sized washer and dryer, plus a few games - we found this area to be great for drying wet clothes from the pool / water park and for wet trainers from the massive Florida rain storms. The location of the property is good. Getting to the parks took 20 - 30 mins, there is also a supermarket very close plus multiple restaurants in walking distance. There are also a couple of fuel stations very close by. Although there is a highway nearby the property, once in the house it is very quiet. The communication from the owners was great. We didn't have any significant issues and any questions we did have were attended to very quickly. There is a great welcome pack which provides the information needed. We really enjoyed staying here and we were very sad to leave. If we were to go to Florida again, I would definitely try to book this property again."
