Welcome to our villa on the new Solterra Resort!! Solterra is a state of the art, gated resort community just 8 miles/12 minutes, subject to traffic, from Walt Disney World. Our home has 5 bedrooms / 4.5 baths. You will be amazed with this beautiful South Facing Pool with spa home which overlooks a tranquil lake. The home is perfect for a large family or multiple families vacationing together. There are two living areas so groups can be enjoying different types of entertainment.
There are two master bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The downstairs master en-suite has access to the patio and pool. Upstairs is the other master bedroom plus 3 further bedrooms. A double bedded room and a Star Wars themed twin bedded room which share a bathroom; and another Finding Nemo themed twin bedded room with bathroom next door. Also upstairs is the other living room also with 50” TV.
All five bedrooms are beautifully furnished with brand new bedding and linens. All the bedrooms have their own flat screen 32” TVs. You will love the modern decor and amenities in this home. It will be a vacation you will not forget!
The garage has been converted to an air-conditioned games room with pool table, air hockey table and an arcade console with 50+ games which includes PacMan and Space Invaders.
It’s just a short walk to the Clubhouse where you will find linked pools, water slide, large patios and a fully equipped gym! As our guests you have free access to the clubhouse and all that it has to offer. A lazy river was opened late June and a Tiki bar is currently being added to the resort at the moment.
Solterra Resort is 4 minutes from the shops and restaurants of Champions Gate and junction 58 of the I4, which leads you to all the parks and the shopping malls. Ovation shops and restaurants are again 4 minutes in the other direction.
Why is it called Kiwi’s Retreat? Because I was born in New Zealand and New Zealanders are often called Kiwis, after the flightless kiwi which is one of their native birds. This home is my retreat when I want to get away.
We are now taking bookings for 2024 and beyond. All reviews have come back 100% satisfied.
