Check your trash cans in this hot weather, saved this baby Racoon yesterday at Westridge, not sure how long he has been trapped in here but they can't always escape. He soon scurried up a nearby tree!

Just had Underwood AC install a new Daikin Fit Inverter AC at our rental home, my old AC was 21 years old and starting to struggle, wasn't able to cool enough to maintain the temp and running non stop, last electric bill was close to $700 last month, hopefully this new one will save me some money. Holding the temperature in the house just fine now. Adam Underwood did a great job as always 👍

Been a while Facebook!, One of our homes was struggling with AC , from the middle of the day it wouldn't go from 78 till after the sun went down. I got in the attic and the original insulation was only 3 inches deep so we have just topped up the whole house to 13inches total (R38), it's so much cooler now! It's not always a bad AC! A few duct leaks too, worth checking it out before investing in a new unit!
