“We had a fantastic 17-night stay at Villa Sierra over Christmas and New Year with my family and my brother’s family, and it truly couldn’t have been a better choice. The villa is incredibly spacious, which made it perfect for a larger group — everyone had plenty of room to relax while still spending great quality time together.

The location was ideal for our holiday. We visited both Disney and Universal during our stay, and getting to and from the parks was easy and convenient, which made a big difference when travelling with a young family.

The villa itself was lovely, comfortable, and felt like a real home away from home over the festive period. The pool was a real highlight — beautiful, private, and not overlooked — perfect for relaxing family days in between our busy park adventures.

A huge thank you to Bev, who was absolutely amazing from the moment we booked until the day we left. Bev was unbelievably helpful, always responsive, and genuinely cared that we had a great stay. That personal touch made the whole experience smooth, welcoming, and stress-free.

The Championsgate area is certainly one of the more popular areas to stay, especially with the new increased lanes on the I4 making travel so much easier. The number of great places to dine out is steadily increasing and is only a short drive or uber away from Villa Sierra. Recent additions include Outback Steakhouse and Texas Roadhouse, a favourite of mine. We already have Olive Garden, Longhorn, Millers Ale House, Chili’s, Red Robin, Ford Garage, Four Corners Tavern and Panera Bread as well as many independent restaurants and takeaways. Olive Garden is renowned for the delicious endless freshly baked hot breadsticks, soup and salad (all free when you buy a main course) but in addition to this, the great thing about Olive Garden is that if you want to share a main course, just let them know and they will divide it, plate it up and present it individually. Room for a dessert then!! 😉

We’ve tried for a few years to recreate this photo of Jamie and TJ at the Tower of Terror ride in Hollywood Studios, Orlando that was taken 20 years ago and we’ve finally done it!! TJ Wollard has been with the ride since it opened in 1994 and always puts on the best performance as a bellhop 🥰
