The covered part of the lanai has a large table and comfortable chairs, a second seating area is positioned in the sunny area of the pool deck with an umbrella available for shade, or enjoy soaking up the sun on our poolside loungers. We have an oversized lit which allows for a bit of privacy from neighbors. The spacious living area has large flatscreen TV, cable TV, bluray player and Netflix. The open concept layout of kitchen, dining and living area provide comfort for up to 10 guests. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to cook your favorite meals while vacationing. Two bedrooms await you downstairs, with a master suite in the back of the home with cable TV and its own ensuite bathroom with large double vanity and large walk in shower. There is a door with access to the pool and spa from the master bathroom. The front of the home has a queen bedroom with cable TV and a bathroom directly outside the room. A convenient well equipped laundry room is also available downstairs. In the cinema room you will find an expansive 100 inch projector movie screen with plush comfortable theater seating to relax and enjoy your favorite movies! Upstairs is a game loft with PS4, Xbox One, foosball, and air hockey. A further 3 bedrooms are also on the second level.
