Hello everyone! It's been a long, long time since we've posted anything here, so I wanted to take a minute to update all of our followers here, both old and new, on some updates and changes.

Updates: We replaced the porch furniture last summer. Gone are the splinter-inducing Adirondack chairs and weathered old picnic table. In their place, we have a 6-top round iron table and trex Adirondack chairs - a definite upgrade. In the near future, I will be installing a smart thermostat and hub so that we can control/allocate door codes ourselves.

This brings me to my next update. For the foreseeable future, the house is rented privately. However, we intend to open back up for new renters starting this summer (date TBD but likely June or July). Our house will still be for rent, but we will be shifting away from the model we have today. With the new ski resort bringing so much additional demand, we are also interested in potentially finding families to partner with for longer-term arrangements such as quarterly or monthly contracts. If anyone is interested in an arrangement like that, please feel free to reach out (dm) and we can discuss further.
