Loved the condo & location

Property was exactly as listed and VERY clean. The king bed in the master bedroom was so comfy, and I’m picky! Couch & outdoor furniture seemed new and very comfy, too. Condo had nearly everything we could want, including beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach was across the road (5m walk) and beautiful. Our first time staying in Daytona Beach, and this area wasn’t overly crowded as I feared (for spring break “party” time). We might’ve enjoyed the pool even more than the beach, as it was easier to watch my 7yo there and teen daughters enjoyed laying out. So nice and relaxing! Most of the residents seemed to be snowbirds/retirees, so a laid back area was exactly what I needed for vacay. Property Mgr provided great communication and checked in on us during the stay. The condo has recently been updated and we all loved every minute there. Highly recommend!
