Hey folks - a little update on Hurricane Milton. The new sea wall was a rock star and we survived the storm. The fencing around the pool and the tennis have seen better days. No damage to our condo and we are open for business. But, no pool, no tennis, no pickleball, and beach access is questionable. Demotte Ave beach access took a hit and it’s unsafe. Flooding, debris and damage all over town. Stay away from downed power lines, flooded areas and pay attention to all safety precautions. Sending healing thoughts to all our neighbors impacted by this storm. Stay safe out there!

Work has begun on the south side of the building. 65 loads of sand so far and boulders arrive Monday to protect against further erosion. The first picture shows how the boulders did their job on the north side during hurricane Nicole and the second picture shows the newly placed sand on the south end.

Progress. We are one of, if not the first, buildings in the area to get our permits in order and start work on the temporary sea wall.

Hurricane Ian was not kind to the White Surf Condos. 😢. We lost the pool and the sea wall north of the pool. The building is safe and a structural analysis will be performed in the coming days. We will post updates here as we learn more.
