Half of the remaining fridges arrived today, along with the ice makers. The last 14 will be installed next Saturday.

The pool is filled and the chemical balancing will start tomorrow. After the chemicals are added, it will take a few days before the pool can be opened.
We have been using the pool heaters already from October until the pool was shut down in December so yes, the heaters do work. For the first 4 weeks, the pool can only be heated up to 80 degrees.

Pool Resurfacing Update 📣
The pool resurfacing project started in the middle of December and with holidays and weather delays it’s been a little longer than we originally hoped for.
Today, we have all hands on deck to finish everything before the cold weather comes in on Sunday again.
If all goes well, we will start filling up the pool today.

Pool Resurfacing Project 💦
We are starting the pool resurfacing project tomorrow. Originally, it was planned for next year when some other work on the pool deck will take place, but looking at the pool, it became clear that we cannot wait another year. The decision was made at the annual meeting in October and thankfully, we could find a company to squeeze us in with such a short notice. The project should take about 3 weeks.
With the concrete restoration finished, new furniture and appliances and a newly resurfaced pool, we will be in a great shape to start 2026! ✨

The new beds, mattresses, sofas, recliners, coffee tables and lamps are officially in every room.
Some rooms already have new stoves and microwaves, the fridges are coming later this month and the dishwasher installation starts on Monday.
