The 877 reservation phone number is not working right now. We are also able to send faxes, but not receive them. We have contacted Spectrum and hopefully this will be resolved soon.

NOTICE: HOT TUB IS OUT OF SERVICE

The Heat went out on Monday March 16th and the pool builder has been notified. Since our pool equipment is still under warranty we must go through the proper channels in order to have the parts covered.
I have been told by the pool builder that a service tech from a gas company will be out today March 19th to look at the heater however that doesn't mean that it will be fixed today especially if he has to order any parts for it.

Thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your vacation with us.

IF YOU HAVE NOT YET DONE SO PLEASE PAY YOUR 2026 MAINTENANCE FEES!

On March 1st 2026 any accounts that are not paid in full will be forwarded to collections. Once an account is in collections we can no longer take payments thru the resort.
The collections agency charges a 40% charge and monthly interest on top of what you owe.
As a courtesy, we are trying to contact all owners who have not yet paid, but it is your responsibility to make this payment. Yes, our phones and owner's portal is up and running!

If you sent a check or still need to send payment, understand that we do not take post marked checks. Your payment must be received BEFORE March 1st
*To avoid the slow speed of USPS mail and your account sent to collections you may want to pay by credit card if you have not yet done so (3% credit card fee will apply)

Tropic Shores owners and guests had a great time last night celebrating and making new friends during the Super Bowl game. Thank you everyone that came and brought something yummy to munch on. See you next year!

I wanted to give a big THANK YOU to whoever snuck into the housekeeping office and put money in each of the staff's stockings this past Friday afternoon! They were very surprised and grateful! Thank you SECRET SANTA!

Currently we do not have an activities department, so the activities offered are limited to our outside vendors. If you have questions about the upcoming activities offered you can call the resort or they will be posted at the desk, elevator and lobby bulletin board while you are staying with us.
