Grilling Area Facelift ✨
The new grilling area furniture got delivered and our maintenance team has been working hard to clear the surrounding area for fresh sod. It’s nice to finally see some green downstairs after so many years of sand and dirt. The sod will hopefully also help to reduce the flooding during heavy downpours.
More pictures will be posted when it’s completed.

Great news about our new whirlpool bath!
We passed final inspection and opened it up this morning! It’s been 3 years in the making and we appreciate your patience and support during the construction time!The surfboard shower finally made it down to the pool deck as well!
We hope all owners and guests will find great enjoyment in this beautiful addition!
New pool furniture is coming soon, stay tuned for pictures! 🩵

The whirlpool bath is getting filled with water today!!!!😀
From here on, it will take a couple of weeks to balance chemicals and fine tune the equipment. Also, the whirlpool bath can’t be heated for about 2 weeks to make sure the plaster is cured properly.
This is a long time coming and we are so exited!!
