It's with a very heavy heart that I type this... because of situations beyond our control we have to sell our beautiful beach front studio. It comes completely furnished, it's been rented long term for a year now but there is no lease and the renter is aware we are selling. With a condotel you cannot get a mortgage, you would need some other sort of loan or cash 69,500 . The HOA/maintenance fees are the lowest up the coast at 328 a month, includes water, cable/internet, electric and maintenance on the building. Please help me sell ASAP thank you... have a look at all the photos. It might not have the million dollar view but it's perfect for those who are active, have young children and it's the closest bathroom to the pool/beach! No stairs, park and enter plus it has the only covered porch area, so while it's raining or the sun is blazing in on every other patio you will be covered!
