AGBU Camp Nubar is an overnight camp located in the majestic Catskill Mountains of New York State, just 2 ½ hours from Manhattan. Campers are encouraged to acquire new skills, learn about themselves and foster lifelong bonds of friendship. We welcome hundreds of campers, ages 8-15, from all over the world to join in the excitement each summer where days are surrounded by nature and filled with lau

ghter. At Camp Nubar, summers last a lifetime.

Hail!Hail! The gang’s all here! 3rd session campers and counselors took pause from activities today with a special Happy Anniversary message. AGBU 120 and going strong. Thank you from Camp Nubar!

GOOOOOO VALLEYYYYY!!! The Valley takes home the win in this year’s BOTS battle. Each cabin put their best foot forward for a night of creative competition, constant cheering, and reverberating spirit. Congratulation to the girls - our 2026 BOTS champions.

This Sunday, parents, alumni and friends joined campers and counselors for a memorable Camp Nubar Open House including celebration of Soorp Badarak presided over by His Grace Bishop Mesrop Parsamyan, Primate of the Armenian Church of America (Eastern) and Rev. Fr. Davit Karamyan. Campers performed tradition Armenian songs and dances including an impressive pert dance from the B5 boys.

Camp Nubar Director Alexis Krolian and Committee Chair Jackie DiStasi took the opportunity to thank the Donikyan Family with a warm tribute for their longtime contribution and commitment to camp. Thanks to their generosity, this summer a new waterfront deck was unveiled for campers and counselors to enjoy the beauty of Lake Arax for generations to come.
