Retreat to the country with modern conveniences at Lakehaven at Chickamauga. A haven for fishermen with level parking/power for 4 boats and 7 minutes to 2 boat ramps including Agency Creek. A haven for creatives in search of inspiration or a recharge. Perfect for 3 couples or 4 anglers.

- Fully stocked kitchen

We wanted to create a quiet escape close to all of the outdoor activities East Tennessee has to offer. It has everything you need to feel more than comfortable! Located halfway between Chattanooga and Knoxville, 15 minutes off Interstate-75. Half acre lot with seasonal fruit trees: blueberries, plums, apples, and pears. The back deck has a grill for evening cookouts. Level circular and straight gravel driveways allow for easy boat parking/power for 4 boats. Take a stroll around our 1.5 mile neighborhood loop comprised of full time residents and summer homes. It offers nature paths and lake access (no boat ramp) managed by Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA).

7 minutes to 2 boat ramps at Lake Chickamauga and Hiwassee River.
20 minutes to Hiwassee Wildlife Refuge which attracts migrating Sandhill Cranes and Pelicans November - January. Less than an hour to hiking and waterfalls, Hiwassee Ocoee State Park, Laurel Snow State Natural Area, Ocoee River Watersports, scuba diving at Loch Low Minn & Philadelphia Quarries, Chattanooga Aquarium, The Lost Sea, Bryan College, Tennessee Wesleyan, and Lee University.

"This was our first Airbnb experience and it was wonderful. Trisha was a fantastic personable host, easy to communicate with at all times. The lake house was beyond what we expected, very charming design & spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house gave us vacation vibes, just what we needed. We loved the big back yard & enjoyed sitting by the firepit. So peaceful. Trisha has pretty much thought of everything anyone could need for this space. We would definitely book again."

"Good morning 🌅 Your home is lovely! I absolutely gushed over the nature/art design look & extra decor touches in the bedrooms. It's exactly what we hoped for this rustic wedding weekend. So nice that you have thought of every little thing to stock in case your guests need it. And I love the information binder, so helpful. "My family and I were in town for a high school graduation. The house was just as advertised. Very clean, cozy and well stocked necessities. Beds were extremely comfortable and the house was lovely. I would definitely look into renting again in two years for the next graduation in the family, if it's available."
