Fall will be here before you know it and that means It’s time for the IMA 2026 Fall Convention.

Attached you will find the paper form for registration. We have also added the link for registration and booking hotel rooms at the Wyndham. We ask that you try and use the links. We have been using this method for a couple years now and soon will go paperless completely for registration. For those using the paper form, PLEASE be aware that the deadline for early registration is to be postmarked 10/5/26. Many post offices are no longer post marking at the location where you drop them off and they may stay in mail for many days. Forms postmarked after the deadline will have to pay the full registration fee upon arrival.

To All moose Units and members of the IMA,

The Executive Board is looking at filling some important chairs this coming year for the association. If you have interests in helping out and getting more involved in the Indiana Moose Association please reach out to the IMA Secretary at [email protected].

If you have any special talents or experience in certain areas that you think you could excel in please let us know. These type of positions always look good on job resumes as well. Please look at all positions, we never know where there may be some shuffling of chairs due to many factors.

There is also a need for a couple of able bodied people to help with a new committee that was formed. The IMA is now handling our own AV needs at meetings in order to save cost. The new AV committee is being headed up by Aaron Reidenbach and Kurt Ashley. They will need at least two, but probably more, individuals who can help unload, set up and maintain speakers, mics, screens, projectors and more during IMA meetings.

This is a time of Learning, Fun and Membership Building for the Moose Legion and the WOTM.
