Weaving Circles of Peace:
WHAT DIALOGUE LOOKS LIKE
When: Friday, May 16 at 6:30 pm
Where: Arms Library in Shelburne Falls
A program led by Sarah Pirtle

Two inspiring peace-building projects will be described:
A six-year Hands Across the Hills dialogue project linking to
Kentucky told in the new book Hands "Across the Hills: A
Grassroots Project to Bridge America’s Political Divide."
* See a new 10-minute film about Journey Camp.
* Celebrate thirty years of peace-building with local young people and see how they learn ways of talking out conflicts.

Hands Across the Hills built bridges so successfully that the project was covered on NPR, in the New York Times, and by Richie Davis.
Sarah founded Journey Camp 30 years ago, and with a large staff of
many ages continues to direct a program for 55 people. She’s the author of five books and an Interfaith Minister on the local Interfaith Council
